James founded The Asset Intelligence Group after working across facilities management, operational delivery, sustainability and property technology. His focus is giving property teams evidence they can act on: what is wrong with a building, how much it matters and what to do next.

For buildings requiring deeper technical investigation, we work with specialist engineering partners including Inotek. That lets us combine rapid technology-enabled inspection with specialist engineering expertise when required. Not every report we issue is an engineering partner report.
