The Asset Intelligence Group ("we", "us") provides building condition, engineering, energy and digital asset intelligence services to property and facilities management organisations. We are a trading name of Flow Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14459300, registered office 23 Crooked Billet, London, SW19 4RQ. Flow Consulting Ltd acts as the data controller for the information described in this notice.

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, work email address, the area of interest you select, and any telephone number, building count, property type and message you give. If you contact us by email directly, we hold that correspondence.

We do not currently operate accounts, logins or payment processing on this website.

To respond to your enquiry, to carry out or discuss work you have asked us about, and to keep records of our business correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) or the performance of a contract where one exists.

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without their consent.

Service providers who host this website, our enquiry database and our email and business systems process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer enquiry information to third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes. To have an enquiry record deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, subject to the exemptions in UK data protection law. To exercise a right, email info@assetintelligence.group.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
